Brett started his Estate agency career in Marlow as a trainee in 1979 and then gained experience in the Oxon, Berks and Hants markets before returning to Bucks to join Andrew Milsom in 1991. Having worked in Marlow for almost forty years, his depth of knowledge of the local property market is immense. Brett has been a keen sportsman and tries to keep fit – sometimes with success. When not at his desk, he likes to cook, eat well, socialise with family and friends and watch teams sports by following Marlow and Wycombe Rugby and Cookham Dean Cricket Clubs as well as Wycombe Wanderers FC.

Tim has been with Andrew Milsom since 2000 and is a Director of the company based at the Marlow office. He has lived in the area all his life, worked locally as an estate agent for over 30 years and has a wealth of local knowledge and experience to pass onto prospective buyers and vendors. Tim enjoys most sports and music and is a frustrated drummer which his neighbours can vouch for !!

Martine has worked as a sales negotiator in both Marlow & Bourne End for 20+ years. Having lived and worked in London in recruitment and in finding candidates the perfect job, it was a natural move to assist buyers in their search for an ideal home. After much travelling and living in France and America, Martine moved to Marlow in 1996 with her husband and four children which has given her first hand knowledge of the school system. She has several grandchildren so now has excellent nursery experience too! She loves the variety the position offers…no two days are the same.

Barny graduated from the University of Sussex in 2024 with a degree in Business Management with British Sign Language and then began his career in property management, developing a strong foundation in customer relations. Having lived in the Marlow and Cookham area since 2002, he brings local knowledge and community insight to his work. Outside of the office, he is a member of Marlow Rugby Club’s 1st team squad and enjoys golf and five-a-side football. While at university, he worked as a match steward at Brighton & Hove FC, and during Covid delivered Chinese food to the good people of SL6 and SL7 - an effort that was met with great appreciation.

Wendy has lived in Marlow her entire life and raised her six children in the town, giving her an in-depth knowledge of the local area, including schools and community life. She joined Andrew Milsom in 2024, bringing with her previous experience in a local estate agency. After taking time out to raise her family, Wendy returned to the property industry driven by her longstanding interest in the market. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends both in Marlow and while travelling.
