The following must be received by Andrew Milsom Lettings in cleared funds before the start of the tenancy:

Over £2500pcm - £500
Goes on to form part of Tenant’s security deposit

Covers obtaining company reference
£120 (including VAT)
Company Tenancy Agreement Fee
Preparation of Tenancy Agreement paperwork
£180 (including VAT)
First months rent
Agreed Rent Figure
5 weeks rent at the Agreed Rent Figure
6 weeks rent for rents of £4200pcm or over
During Tenancy costs
Amendments to originally agreed terms
£50 (including VAT)
If you wish to surrender your tenancy during a fixed term contract period then charges will apply based on the amount of the fixed term period that has completed and the landlord’s costs for remarketing and creating a new tenancy. If for some reason you wish to unexpectedly surrender your tenancy, please contact us and we will inform you of the relevant charges that will apply.
NB These charges will not exceed the expenses your Landlord would normally incur to re let the property.
